Crow Legend

By: Cameron

So there was a disease going on in all of the tribes in Montana. And twenty warriors went to do a vision quest. Fore of the men came back and went to the witch doctor and exclaimed, “We have to sacrifice ourselves to end the disease”. The witch doctor yelled “No you cannot die there must be another way!

The warriors “why do none of the other men do the same?” “Because they do not see the same way you do.” And the warriors did not believe the witch doctor. So at sun rise they got out of there deer skin blanket and went outside on the grassy plans to eat eggs and pork and they got their horses ready to ride off of the cliff with jagged edges.

The legend was that the horses went down and the men went up’ and the disease stopped.

The End.
